1. Services

Omnipulse provides legal advisory services in property titles, intellectual property protection, and cross-border transactions under Malaysian law. All services are rendered by qualified legal professionals in accordance with Malaysian regulatory standards.

2. Client Obligations

Clients must provide accurate, complete information and documentation. Omnipulse is not responsible for legal outcomes resulting from client misrepresentation or omission of material facts.

3. Confidentiality

Omnipulse maintains strict confidentiality in all client matters, subject to Malaysian law and professional legal obligations. Communications are protected by attorney-client privilege.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees are quoted per engagement and invoiced upon service delivery. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice. Overdue amounts accrue interest at 5% per annum.

5. Limitation of Liability

Omnipulse's liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services.

6. Data Protection (GDPR Compliant)

Personal data is processed lawfully and securely. Clients retain full rights over their data and may request access, correction, or deletion in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be governed by Malaysian law and resolved through arbitration in Kuala Lumpur, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Amendments

Omnipulse reserves the right to modify these terms. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
